Fees

TMBRCONSULT provides a range of timber design and construction consulting services where we provide a range of competitively priced fixed-fee structures to suit your brief with clearly defined deliverables. We believe that fair and reasonable fees should be based on consultation and communication. We do not charge if you want to call and discuss a matter and are happy to meet face-to-face or on-line obligation free to discuss your next project. Hourly rates are used where a fixed fee is not appropriate or where additional work is required beyond the original project scope of brief as follows:• Architectural Design and timber specific consulting - $250/hr• Research and Development - $150 to $250/hr depending on scope and complexity• Attending meetings/providing expert opinions etc. - $250/hr• Engineering design – Contact us for rates• CAD drafting and documentation - $80/hr to $150/hr depending on complexity
